Virginia has enjoyed a career in Real Estate since 2000. She began her career working for a top producing commercial broker. Later, she crossed over from commercial real estate brokerage to residential and worked as a trainer and independent contractor.
She worked as Commercial Property Manager and was actively involved and served on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Chapter 46 for six years. Ms. Gonzales was awarded a Diversity Scholarship in 2016 by IREM National. In addition, she was awarded the 2015 Member of the Year Award by the local Chapter. Most recently, in January 2019, she earned the prestigious IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. In addition, she served as the President of the IREM Chapter 46 in 2020. In 2020, she was awarded the CPM of the Year by the Chapter.
Virginia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education. She was an Ingenuity Instructor at Central New Mexico Community College (CNMCC) and actively taught courses in Property Management and Real Estate.
