Virginia has enjoyed a career in Real Estate since 2000. She began her career working for a top producing commercial broker. Later, she crossed over from commercial real estate brokerage to residential and worked as a trainer and independent contractor.
She continues to work as Commercial Property Manager and is actively involved as she serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Chapter 46. Virginia Gonzales has served on the Board for four (4) years. Ms. Gonzales was awarded a Diversity Scholarship in 2016 by IREM National. In addition, she was awarded the 2015 Member of the Year Award by the local Chapter. Most recently, in January 2019, she earned the prestigious IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
Virginia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education. She is an Ingenuity Instructor at Central New Mexico Community College (CNMCC) and is actively teaching courses in Property Management and Real Estate.
Her son and his wife, along with their children are the joy of Virginia’s life. She loves being called “Grandma Nana” by four grandchildren. She is grateful for the life God has given her with her husband of 25 years.
